Cafe Sabor

Purpose: It is the primary aim to create a space that is suitable for Y and Z generation consumers, which is calm, uncomplicated, suitable for design fashion and reliable.

As a result of spatial analysis, 4 different functions were determined:

1. Production and sales area (right zone)

2. Comfortable, private and long-term seating area (back zone)

3. Personal study area (left back zone)

4. Space to accelerate circulation (left entry zone)

   
   

Notes: B ecause the place is located in a shopping center;Blue color used on the walls of concrete, with the floor material that creates the perception of concrete;It is a place designed for those who want to get away from the crowd by emphasizing naturalness, simplicity and peace.

Seating areas are highlighted by linear lighting elements.Lighting elements in the study area were preferred with the aim of creating more warm and special space.Lighting elements on the worktop was used to highlight the products to be sold.

The metal grids on the left wall is designed to create convenience for poster displays and changes, and the box created in the study area is designed to create a special area perception by including the pendant lighting elements.
