The plan is structured on a balanced axial organization, ensuring clear circulation and user orientation from the main entrance onward.

  • The waiting area acts as both the first point of contact and a brand experience zone.

  • Behind it, an organically shaped central planter element creates a visual focal point that softens the linear flow.

  • The reception desk is strategically positioned to provide visual control and intuitive wayfinding.

  • The left wing accommodates administrative and operational functions (Accounting, Sales, Meeting Room), while the right wing houses the Executive Office, emphasizing spatial hierarchy and privacy within the corporate structure.


2. Material and Spatial Language

The design reflects Renault’s corporate identity — modern, dynamic, and professional.

  • Flooring materials likely feature gray-toned porcelain tiles or high-resistance vinyl, combining durability with corporate neutrality.

  • Furniture lines emphasize clarity and geometry through angular forms and light-toned surfaces, balanced by black metal profiles introducing an industrial aesthetic.

  • Wood accents in the executive areas add warmth and a sense of prestige.

  • The curved seating in the waiting zone supports the fluid circulation concept while offering a welcoming, soft spatial gesture.


3. Lighting and Spatial Perception

  • The waiting and reception areas are positioned along the naturally lit façade, maximizing daylight exposure and enhancing comfort in high-traffic zones.

  • The meeting and accounting offices benefit from indirect or linear LED lighting solutions, ensuring visual comfort for long working hours.

  • The executive office integrates decorative and spot lighting, reinforcing the hierarchy and highlighting key architectural elements.


4. Spatial Hierarchy and Flow

The project clearly communicates the corporate hierarchy through its spatial flow:

  • Entrance → Waiting → Reception → Administrative / Executive separation is defined with clarity and coherence.

  • The Executive Office is accessed through a controlled corridor, detached from public circulation.

  • The 20-person meeting room is positioned centrally between the Sales and Accounting departments, supporting internal communication efficiency.

  • Restrooms are discreetly placed behind circulation paths, maintaining visual order and privacy — a mark of professional spatial discipline.


5. Corporate Identity Integration

The design embodies Renault’s philosophy of “human-first, technological precision”.

  • Principles of functionality, simplicity, and continuity are translated into spatial language.

  • The interior reflects a balance of ergonomics, spatial fluidity, and corporate prestige.

  • The layout and furniture arrangement in the executive office reinforce themes of leadership and confidence, aligned with the brand’s DNA.


6. Technical Evaluation

  • Circulation efficiency: well-optimized — circulation zones occupy roughly 25% of the total net area.
