Concept Analysis

The design approach for this residence centers around minimal elegance, tonal balance, and timeless materiality. Each space reflects a strong sense of calmness, where the contrast between light and shadow, texture and reflection, and soft and hard materials defines the overall atmosphere.

The aim was to achieve a harmonious continuity throughout the house—connecting private and social areas under a unified aesthetic language. The project embraces neutral colors, natural textures, and functional simplicity, resulting in an interior that feels both modern and emotionally grounded.

Material and Color Palette

• Tonal Greys & Charcoal Blacks: Used to define sophistication and serenity across main areas such as the living room and kitchen.

Living Room

The living space integrates sculptural lighting, textured wall panels, and linear forms. A subtle fireplace detail enhances comfort while preserving the sleek aesthetic.Monochrome tones emphasize light behavior, creating a contemporary yet intimate ambiance.

Kitchen & Dining Area

The kitchen features a full-height matte charcoal cabinetry system with terrazzo backsplash and countertop—an intentional play between raw texture and refined surfaces.Integrated lighting under the cabinetry highlights the linear geometry and workspace efficiency.The dining area continues the theme with fluted vertical panels and muted finishes, expressing refined minimalism.

Master Bedroom
